Transparency by Design

PRE-LAUNCH

ZimXVault is the public transparency engine for the ZimX ecosystem. Every ZiGX token is backed by verified reserves — enforced on-chain, held by regulated custodians, and independently auditable.

How ZiGX Reserves Work

100% Reserve-Backed

ZiGX cannot be minted unless verified reserves equal or exceed total supply. This is enforced at the smart contract level — not by policy, but by code.

FCA-Regulated Custody

ZiGX reserves are to be held by FCA-regulated institutional custodians. Segregated, auditable, and independent from ZimX Finance operations.

Locked Until 2030

Reserve assets are locked on-chain until 1 January 2030. Early withdrawal is not possible — the contract enforces this immutably.

On-Chain Proof of Reserves

Reserve verification data is published on-chain via merkle roots and IPFS-hosted reports. Quarterly audit hashes are stored immutably in the smart contract.

Built-In Safeguards

Multisig Governance

All critical operations require multi-party approval via Gnosis Safe and OpenZeppelin TimelockController. No single person can mint, pause, or alter parameters alone.

Mint Limits

Per-transaction, hourly, and daily minting caps prevent large-scale issuance. All limits are configurable only through timelocked governance.

Oracle Verification

Reserve data is verified through an oracle with configurable TTL and staleness checks. Stale or expired data blocks minting automatically.

Emergency Controls

The contract can be paused instantly by governance in the event of a security incident. An independent guardian role exists for emergency unpause only.

Pre-Launch Status

ZimXVault is not yet live. Reserve balances, attestation reports, and proof-of-reserve dashboards will be published here once the ZiGX token generation event is complete and reserves are funded.

Smart contracts have been developed by Boosty Labs and are pending independent security audit by Hacken.
